Whether you’re going to a cookout or just in the mood for a quick meal at home these cheeseburger meatball kebabs are a fun twist on a classic. Cooking can be a fun and easy form of self-care that ends with enjoying a delicious meal! Join Sol as she shows us how to create quick and easy kebabs that are perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • Your choice of Frozen Meatballs
  • Lettuce
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Pickles
  • Onion
  • Ketchup
  • Kebab Sticks

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the meatballs according to the packaging directions. This can be done in oven or microwave.
  2. During the prep time of the meatballs – get the other condiments ready to be assembled:
    • Cut cheese, lettuce and onion into bite sized pieces to fit skewers.
  3. Once the meatballs are ready you can build your kebabs.
  4. Finish off by adding little dippers for ketchup or barbeque sauce.
