Sol Cooking: Protein Power Balls

Need some extra energy or a tasty snack to take with you on a hike? Join Sol as she shows us how to make these super easy protein power balls. No baking required! Getting enough protein to fuel your body is important self-care and so is having fun making yourself a healthy snack!

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Old-Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 cup Ground Flax Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • Your choice of Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl, stirring each time to combine
  2. Place in fridge for 15 – 30 for cooling
  3. Roll into bites and store in fridge
