Positive Affirmations

Often times we get lost in our thoughts. When feeling depressed or anxious, it is easy to hyper focus on your negative thoughts.

Affirmations are statements or phrases to help rewire your thoughts and subconscious to gain a more positive affirmation.

  1. I am strong
  2. I am brave
  3. I am worthy of love
  4. I am beautiful inside and out
  5. I am determined
  6. I am confident
  7. I believe I will do good
  8. I am enough
  9. I am doing my best
  10. I love myself
  11. I trust myself
  12. I am focused
  13. I am a survivor
  14. I am focused
  15. I am safe
  16. I am peaceful and calm
  17. I am proud of the person I am and the person I am becoming
  18. I will not stress over what I cannot control
  19. I live with passion and compassion
  20. I accept myself for who I am

Need to focus more?

Look at yourself in the eyes in the mirror, take a deep breath in and as you exhale repeat the affirmation of the day. Repeat this 3x.

Write out your positive affirmation on a notecard, or sticky note. Place the note in a place that you will see it all day, if you need to make multiples of the same one. When you start to get down or stressed say the affirmation out loud.
