We often hear about staying away from social media to help with our mental health. While this is still a key factor to having a balanced life there are some great resources to be found on our phones! So, instead of aimlessly scrolling through Tik Tok we found some users who can help boost your mental health.

Tik Tok has certainly gained popularity through the pandemic. While topics can vary from Bachelor Nation news to viral dance trends and cleaning hacks it also serves as a great place to get real authentic stories surrounding various mental health disorders. You can find tons of mental health and self-care tips just by searching #mentalhealthmatters.
